NALC Contract, Ballots should have been returned by now. They are in the process of counting them. A retiree from Washington David Noble has filed a lawsuit trying to stop the counting of the ballots. his lawsuit is in regards to allowing Retirees to vote, count verification, email access, not giving all the information. We believe these issues are baseless and will update next month.

Street observations, If management is asking questions you should always ask for steward. Stop discussing street duties in public. Demand representation.

Local Contracts to be negotiated October-November. Poll your carriers to see if they want any changes.

$100 raffle for voters, City carrier Peter Iatomasi won the raffle for voteing on our contract.

If your stressed out to the point of throwing away mail.....DON'T. Bring it back and we can keep your job. If you throw away good mail you will be fired.

Management is looking at your shoes to make sure they are postal approved. Unless you have a doctors note for another type of shoe, you must wear postal approved shoes if you get an allowance for uniforms.

Be safe at all times. If it is not safe then don't do it.
